Helen Melnick Obit

Mrs. Helen (Bernetski) Melnick, age 83, formerly of Tamaqu Pa., died Thursday, February 22, 2007, at Mahoning Valley Nursing Homes in Lehighton, Pa.

Helen was a Homemaker, and member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church of Lansford, Pa.

Born in New Philadelphia, Pa. she was the daughter of the late John Bernetski and the late Margaret (Rhinda) Bernetski.

Preceded in death by her Husband; George Melnick, Sr., Sons; George, Jr. and Edward, Brothers; John and Edward Bernetski

Survived by her son John and his wife Anellen Melnick of Tamaqua, Pa. Seven Grandchildren Seven Great Grandchildren

Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, February 26, 2007.

Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Monday, February 26, 2007 , Rev. Scott Boghossian officiating.

Interment in the Parich cemetery, Summit Hill, Pa.
